Kayo’s Football Academy PDF Print E-mail

Kayo's Football Academy was created for children between the ages of 6 to 16 years. The children in this academy are divided into two groups for training purposes; ages six to eleven (6-11) and ages twelve to sixteen (12-16) years. Sessions are held every Saturday from 9hrs to 11hrs. Besides the training in the skills and discipline of football, these children are taught social skills, hygiene and attend motivational talks once a month.

The academy intends to develop the child in what we call the four corners, namely

  • Physical: Stamina, agility, speed and co-ordinationKayode Mckinnon
  • Psychological: Self esteem, motivation, self confidence etc
  • Social: Etiquette, good communication and departmental
  • Technical: Fundamentals of different aspects of the game, instilling correct training habits and development of game techniques

Vision
To impact the kids lives in a positive way and give them a sense of identity and purpose including developing there social skills through football.

Mission
This is a co-educational program dedicated to provide excellence in the development of children and young people. We are designed to provide a challenging and enriching environment by building their confidence, respect for each other, commitment and character. This academy will promote accountability from both parents and kids (honestly reporting to God and each other). Conscientiousness (being morally upright and guided by a strong sense of right and wrong). Contentment (you have all you need from God to be happy, no need to be jealous, covetous and greedy).

Motto
I’m a very important person, in me there is success, I must respect others.

Our Website
Kayosfootball.com was developed and donated by K3designz. After sharing our objectives and vision with K3designz, founder/owner Kevon Adonis was enthusiastic of being part of what we are doing. Not only did he donate this interactive web presence to the academy but he also avail his team and resources to us in numerous administrative challenges we were faced with. We express sincere gratitude to the K3 team for their input.
